At some stage in our lives we all need support so do not be afraid to reach out and ask.

Children's Mental Health Week ran from 7th- 13th February this year.  Staff planned a range of mindfullness activities.  The work was all based on the theme 'Growing Together'.  We also spent time identifying what we are grateful for in our everyday lives.  Parents can find more information here: https://www.childrensmentalhealthweek.org.uk/parents-and-carers/

Anti-bullying week, November 2022, had the theme 'Reach Out.'   The children focused on ways to reach out for help, but also ways that they could reach out to others in need and offer support.
